Our goal is to get as tactical as we need to to give you that skill set so that as you go through life, you have what you need...and then if you find yourself needing extra support later on, we are right there to pick you back up again and to continue that conversation with you.

Amy’s Top Transition Tip:

“I think the best piece of advice I could give somebody is to be patient with yourself, be kind to yourself, be kind to your reactions and take the emotions as they are. It is a grief cycle. It really is. It it is a loss of identity. It’s a loss of a lifestyle. For many of us, it’s a loss of a lot of things that we love, and it really is a grief cycle. And so as you are going through those emotions, take time to acknowledge the the pain, the grief, the excitement, the anticipation, and be kind to yourself whenever you react in a very emotional way to little things that are gonna happen. Just just be kind to yourself.”
